We’re playing these games…

These are the games that have come when asking my students what games are playing now or recently played.

The idea was to create an assignment to do at home, a comparative analysis document. I let each student choose a couple of games that have some relationship or similarity to enable analysis of the elements of each game, contrasting one by one the elements of the videogames, as  we saw earlier in class. Asking themselves questions as:

What would benefit the game A if I had this mechanic in game B?

Why in the game A the player feels identified with his avatar but in the game B this does not happen?
